At the server side:

• Ensure that your firewall allows faxes from our service
• Check your spam filter
• Instruct us to change your faxes into TIFF or PDF depending on wherether your firewall blocks images or pdf files
• NB: allow files larger than 2MB! This is the biggest reason for rejected faxes.

At the client side:

• Instruct your users on how to open TIFF or pdf files
• Add our email to the user's contact list (not to mistake the faxes for spam)
• Reduce spam settings to allow the faxes through
